Justin Sparkman of Morrilton and Shelby Peck of Rogers will be married on January 23 in Little Rock. Shelby is the daughter of Stephen and Debbie Peck. Justin and Shelby met at Arkansas Tech University. Justin has a bachelor of science in kinesiology and works as a recruiter for the Arkansas National Guard. Shelby has a bachelor of science in mathematics and works as a software administrator for Dillard's Technology.
