Bonnie Mertz and Dr. Jason Rogers were married Aug. 8, 2015, in Nashville, TN. The ceremony and reception were held at the Cheekwood Botanical Gardens and Museum of Art. The Rev. Jonathan Kelley, cousin of the bride, officiated. Lily Martz of Kansas City, MO, and Hannah Mertz of Fayetteville, AR, sisters of the bride, served as matron and maid of honor, respectively. The groom's brother, Dr. Mark Rogers of Charlotte, NC, served as best man. Music was provided by pianist James Underwood and violinist Alison McKelvey. Following the ceremony, family and friends in attendance from 9 states celebrated the bride and groom with dinner and dancing under the stars. After a honeymoon trip to Alaska and Mexico, the couple are now at home in Rome, GA.
