The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Art and Brenda Smith, and Jimmy Barr, Sr. and Rita Barr, all from Paragould. The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of Lenora Bowlin and the late Harrell “Doc” Bowlin of Elkins, AR. The couple will exchange vows on June 1, 2019 at Massey Farms in Marshall, AR.
