The groom is the son of Tim Harvey and Ruth Harvey-Powell of Oxfordshire. Grandparents are Helga and the late David Harvey and the late Ken and Joan Smedley of Oxfordshire. Leah Hirsch of Washington, DC, served as maid of honor. Tim Harvey served as best man. A reception followed at North Cadbury Court. The bride is employed by Carter-Ruck Solicitors, the groom by Fidelity. After a honeymoon in the Maldives, the couple resides in London.
