Deena Renee Tougaw and Daniel David Dillard, of Harrison are excited to announce their engagement. The bride-elect is daughter of Cindy Tougaw and the late Mike Tougaw. She is the granddaughter of Ada Michael and the late Jack Chaffin and the late Jackie Michael, Bonnie Tougaw and the late Tom Tougaw. She is a graduate of Harrison High School and the University of Arkansas. She is currently employed with North Arkansas College in Harrison. The prospective groom is the son of Ronnie and Cathy Byrum and the late Rick Dillard. He is grandson of Norman and Sue Dillard and the late Vergie Payne and Shuford George. He is a graduate of Rogers High School and Arkansas Tech University. He is currently employed with Westark Area Council-BSA. A ceremony is planned for Saturday, November 12 in Harrison.
