We are pleased to announce the engagement of Kasey Jo Spinks and Jesse Potter Ketzler, both of Prairie Grove. Jesse proposed to Kasey last September at the Fayetteville town square. They plan to be wed November 8th at Mt. Magazine in Paris, Arkansas.
