Hayley Hames and Mark Cooper, both of Jenks, Okla., plan to marry September 13, 2014, at the Crescent Hotel in Eureka Springs. The bride is the daughter of Rusty and Becky Hames of Rogers. The groom is the son of Melanie Phillips and Richard Cooper of Chicago, Ill. Hayley is a 2006 graduate of Arkansas State University with a Bachelor's degree in Geography, and Mark is a 2012 graduate of the University of Arkansas with a Master's degree in Geography. Both work as GIS Analysts in Tulsa, Okla.
