Mr. and Mrs. Kevin Eubanks of Springdale are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Eubanks, to James Dickard, son of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Dickard of Springdale. Ms. Eubanks works as an R.N. at Washington Regional Hospital. Mr. Dickard works for J.B Hunt as an Operations Supervisor. A wedding is planned at the Fairlane Station in Springdale, Arkansas, on June 27.
