Mr. and Mrs. Doug Brooks of Fayetteville, Arkansas are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Halsey Taylor Brooks to Rance Edward Richardson. Rance is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Richardson of Springdale, Arkansas. The grandparents of the bride are Don and Shirley Pinkley of Prairie Grove and Saundra and the late J Pat Brooks of Fayetteville. Grandparents of the groom are Kelly and Emily Ellis of Irving, Texas and the late Carl and Oletta Richardson of Springdale, Arkansas. Halsey is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and is employed by Flake and Kelley Commercial. Rance is a Firefighter and EMT for The Springdale Fire Department. The wedding is planned for May 13, 2017 at Central United Methodist Church in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
