Calli Berna of Fayetteville & AJ Derby of Iowa City, Iowa, plan to marry July 11, 2015, at Horton Farms in Gravette, Arkansas. The bride is daughter of Paula & Scott Berna of Fayetteville. She is granddaughter of Vera & Don George of Springdale, Annita Berna of Fayetteville and the late Bill Berna. She is a 2014 graduate of the U of A with a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in sports management and plans to graduate in December 2015. The groom is son of Kelly & John Derby of Iowa City, Iowa. He is grandson of Marlene & Leroy Rupnow of Tomahawk, Wisconsin, Ellen Macfarland of Big Sky, Montana, and the late Glenn Derby. He is a 2014 graduate of the U of A with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He is currently pursuing a career with the New England Patriots.
